Assisting attorneys and other legal support staff with medical-legal record
organization. The following services may be provided:
 | Comprehensive review, analysis and development of medical, employee health
and employment and other pertinent health/insurance records including legal
documents for correlation to the allegations as per the Summons and Complaint;

 | Drafting of/assisting the paralegal and/or attorney with medical-legal
documentation and legal documents under attorney supervision; |
 | Summarization reports to insurance companies;
|
 | Facilitating communication within the legal team, as well as assisting
with development of collaborative case strategies; |
 | Provide medical-legal research including literature search and retrieval,
health care guidelines, federal/ state regulations and standards of care as
dictated by the allegations; |
 | Identifying, locating, evaluating and working with medical-legal expert
witnesses and the legal team as a collaborative link between the medical-legal
issues; |
 | Assisting the legal team in assessing issues of causation and damages as
it pertains to the alleged allegations; |
 | Preparation of demonstrative evidence; |
 | Trial, deposition and other legal hearing preparation including
development of questions to be used at legal proceedings, comprehensive
medical chronologies, organization of medical records per your preference.
